Jenerra Albert
With a reputation for attention to detail, Jenerra Albert skillfully connects projects with their history and cultural community. A graduate of Howard University’s School of Business with a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami, Jenerra’s knowledge and experience reflect her blended interests in design, business, and construction management. Jenerra understands the importance of transparent collaboration and pulls on her experience to produce results reflective of client and end user needs.
Jenerra’s empirical knowledge of Greek and Roman Classical, Neo-Classical, and Renaissance Architecture empower pragmatic and sophisticated designs that simultaneously preserve their historical narrative. With experience that spans the globe, her residential, academic, and large-scale, corporate projects appear throughout Mexico City, London, Chicago, New York City, and Miami.
Kyley Breea Gibson
Kyley Breea Gibson, a designer and scientist, graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology. After working in the healthcare sector for several years, Kyley pivoted to design and construction acquiring her formal education from Temple University’s construction management program. Her time as a Project Manager with a Philadelphia-based architecture firm solidified her expertise in construction cost estimating and construction administration.
Kyley began working as a junior designer with The JAX in 2018 to develop and design residential, corporate, and commercial projects all over the country. Drawing inspiration from a broad body of knowledge, her academic foundation in psychology and neuroscience helps her confront design challenges, pioneer new approaches, and employ scientifically based insights to understand how client’s will perceive and ultimately experience a space. When approaching a new project, Kyley clarifies how the environment or landscape will impact the inhabitants mental, emotional, and physiological state. She then constructs the built environment answering current and future needs to engage and enliven the body, mind, and community.
